Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola was a little taken aback when a journalist asked him for a selfie during a Champions League press conference on Monday.

Guardiola was facing the media on the eve of his side's UCL group game against Copenhagen in Denmark.

The excited reporter approached Guardiola's table and placed a voice recorder on it before holding up his phone and boldly requesting to take a photo.

Guardiola politely replied: "Yeah, of course."

It then took the journalist more than 10 seconds to execute the shot as he struggled to operate his phone.

"It's a huge moment for me", he told Guardiola, who looked significantly less excited about the situation.
