Richarlison Goal At Nottingham Forest Sees Tottenham Set New Scoring Record
Tottenham Hotspur set a new club record on Friday when Richarlison headed in the opening goal in a 2-0 win at Nottingham Forest.
Spurs have now scored in 15 consecutive away games for the first time in Premier League history.
The last away game that Tottenham did not score in was a 1-0 loss at Wolves in March.
Meanwhile, Richarlison has now netted in back-to-back games for the first time in his Spurs career.
Richarlison broke the deadlock in first-half added time at the City Ground with a brave header following an excellent in-swinging cross by Dejan Kulusevski.
Kulusevski later scored the game's second goal himself before Spurs ended the match with 10 men following a second red card of the season for Yves Bissouma.
Friday's goal by Richarlison came just five days after the Brazilian no.9 had bagged a brace in a 4-1 home win over Newcastle.
