Watch Virat Kohli Play Soccer With David Beckham At Cricket World Cup
David Beckham is no stranger to sporting greatness.
During his playing career, he starred for multiple European giants, including Manchester United, Real Madrid and AC Milan.
More recently, in his role as Inter Miami president, he secured the biggest signing in US soccer history by guiding the GOAT, Lionel Messi, to Major League Soccer.
Beckham was in the presence of a GOAT from another sport on Wednesday.
The 48-year-old was among the crowd at Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium to watch Virat Kohli make history in India's Cricket World Cup semi-final against New Zealand.
A masterful exhibition of batting saw Kohli score 117 runs from 113 balls as he became the first player in cricket history to record 50 centuries in one-day internationals.
Beckham - who was already in India as part of his role as UNICEF's goodwill ambassador - was seen applauding as Kohli raised his bat after reaching the landmark.
Kohli had warmed up for Wednesday's semi-final - which India won by 70 runs - by playing a spot of soccer.
Indeed, he even exchanged a couple of passes with Beckham on the field before the match.
