Jadon Sancho Scores First EPL Goal Since September As Man Utd Fight Back To Draw With Leeds
Jadon Sancho marked his return to Premier League action with a goal against Leeds at Old Trafford on Wednesday night.
The England winger, who had not featured in an EPL game since October, was thrown on as a 59th-minute substitute by Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag.
Sancho rewarded Ten Hag's decision 11 minutes later when he scored his first Premier League goal since September 1.
The Red Devils had been 2-0 down when Sancho came on.
But Sancho's goal made it 2-2 after Marcus Rashford had given United hope with a fine headed finish on 62 minutes.
Leeds had earlier stunned United with a goal right at the start of each half.
Wilfried Gnonto fired Leeds in front 55 seconds into the game before a Raphael Varane own goal doubled the away side's advantage on 48 minutes.
