Signings continue to be the theme of the UFL as the league approaches training camp. The league announced Tuesday the signings of seven players among four teams.

One of the big names to be joining the UFL is former NFL running back Wayne Gallman with the St. Louis Battlehawks. The New York Giants selected Gallman in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft and he played for six teams until 2022. His career stats include 1,548 rushing yards and nine touchdowns in six NFL seasons. He added 519 receiving yards and two scores, most being with the Giants.

The move for St. Louis comes after sources revealed that running back Max Borghi would not play in the 2024 season. This gives the Battlehawks three running backs on the current roster.

San Antonio Brahmas made a splash with the signing of kicker Donald De La Haye, who is also known on YouTube as "Deestroying." De La Haye started his YouTube career in 2015, building a following through his kicker trick shot videos and video games that resulted in 5.7 million followers. He played in the CFL with the Toronto Argonauts in 2019 and appeared in two preseason games.

John Parker Romo moved on to the NFL after the XFL season, so the Brahmas have been looking for a kicker. De La Haye will be competing with Christopher Dunn for the job in San Antonio.
