The United Football League released its 2024 schedule Monday for the inaugural merged season of the former XFL and USFL spring football leagues.

With a March 30 kickoff, the UFL 2024 season for its eight teams will comprise 40 regular season games over 10 weeks, with two conference championship games, and one championship game on June 16.

The opening weekend kickoff game will see the former USFL 2023 champions the Birmingham Stallions traveling to Arlington, Texas to face the former XFL 2023 champions the Arlington Renegades.

"The Professor" Andrew Murray joined Reid Johnson of The Markcast to react to the schedule announcement live, take viewer questions and comments, and do a week-by-week breakdown and analysis of the 2024 UFL season.

"Through the combined reach of our partners at FOX and ESPN — who both share a commitment to broadcast innovation — the UFL will now have exceptional platforms through which fans can experience spring football," said Russ Brandon, UFL President/CEO. "We are equally excited to welcome new and returning fans back into our buildings this season so they can immerse themselves in the energy around spring football. Our players are here to perform and to reach the next level and our fans are going to be treated to an excellent on-field product and in-stadium experience."
