The UFL has been releasing more details leading up to the March 30 kickoff of the season. With the rules being shared earlier this week, the league added game balls to the list.

On Thursday, the UFL released images of the game balls that will be used for the 2024 season. The league released a statement discussing the details of the footballs.

“Every official UFL game ball is handcrafted and made to perform at the highest level. The official football showcases a metallic, hot-stamped silver UFL logo complemented by Conference marks in bold black [on the other side]. The ball’s timeless design – featuring premium Horween Red 864 top-grain leather and suede ProTack+ lace – reflects the contemporary look of the UFL brand yet remains authentic to the game of football.”

In the press release, the league also stated the balls were made by Big Game Football Factory located in Dallas. The modifications to the balls are those similar to how current footballs are made for professional football players.

Fans will have the chance to buy authentic UFL footballs on the league’s shop website. The shop also includes other clothing fans can buy to represent their teams including t-shirts, long-sleeved shirts, polo shirts and hats.

Those footballs will be taking the field for the first time in a regular season game on March 30 when the USFL champion Birmingham Stallions square off against the XFL champion Arlington Renegades.
