WWE Backlash 2024 Taking Place In France /

WWE is headed to France.

Earlier this morning, WWE announced that Backlash will be the first-ever WWE premium live event to be held in France. It will take place at the LDLC Arena in Lyon-Decines on Saturday, May 4.

The night before Backlash, WWE will also air SmackDown from the LDLC Arena. That will mark the first airing of SmackDown in France.

This follows the announcement of Bash In Berlin taking place at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin, Germany, next summer on Saturday, August 31.

International travel, particularly with PLEs, continues to be a point of emphasis for WWE. The company will also hold Elimination Chamber in Australia next February.
