As 2023 turns to 2024, one constant for the UFC is the growth of Power Slap–and not just because of the knockouts.

The YouTube short of Eviahn Scott eating a ferocious shot from super heavyweight Makini Manu is rapidly approaching 50 million views.

“This will be the fifth YouTube Short that has exceeded the number-one UFC Short,” said Dana White, who is the UFC CEO, as the short currently stands at just over 47 million views. “In the last four days, we have gained over 110,000 YouTube subscribers. We are currently gaining more than 1,000 per hour.”

Manu ultimately won the bout, but Scott left the lasting impression. Their bout was part of on the December 20 episode of Power Slap: Road To The Title season 2, which airs every Wednesday on Rumble.
