Updated Fantasy Football Rankings: Tight Ends

Travis Kelce is still light years ahead of other fantasy tight ends, but a crop of promising rookies has added depth to the position.

While 2022 was a down year for most tight ends in fantasy, the Chiefs’ Travis Kelce continues to put up monster numbers. As the No. 1 target for Patrick Mahomes, it’s no wonder Kelce produces stats that rival the top wide receivers in the game. He’s so much further ahead of all other tight ends that he’s become a consensus first-round pick in fantasy drafts.

Not that anyone at the position is going to catch Kelce, but there are a number of promising young tight ends that could make the position more viable in 2023. As many as five rookies might start at the position this season.
