Week 7 Waiver Wire: Must Add Pickups With Six Teams on Bye and Injuries to NFL Superstars
Once again, the injury bug bites as fantasy managers look to find possible replacements for QB Justin Fields, RB Christian McCaffrey, WR Deebo Samuel, and RB David Montgomery, to name a few. In addition, six teams (Bengals, Cowboys, Titans, Jets, Panthers, and Texans) are on bye in Week 7, so welcome to this week’s waiver wire article! We're glad you're here. It’s not exactly pretty out there, but there are some options.
The next time six teams are on bye comes in Week 13. If you’ve been saving your FAAB, size up your competition this week and spend wisely. Also, be sure to check for any players that will be dropped this week, as managers have to cover bye-week absences. If you’re able to make a sneaky add, it can pay dividends down the stretch.
