2020 NFL Season Preview: NFC South Odds, Predictions and Division Outlook

Betting the NFC South

The Saints won the NFC South in each of the last three seasons but will there be a changing of the guard in 2020? Tom Brady joined the Buccaneers which resulted in a 2.5 game increase to their win total. Teddy Bridgewater and new head coach Matt Rhule signed on with the Panthers. After a slow start filled with injuries in 2019, the Falcons enter the season with a clean bill of health for most of the starters on their roster. According to the oddsmakers the Saints are still the favorites to win the NFC South at -130 but the Buccaneers are creeping into their territory with odds of +150. The Falcons (+900) and Panthers (+2,200) are a bit further behind according to the sports book but could quickly see a boost in their chances to win the division with a quick start in September. MMQB’s Gary Gramling and editor of Saints News Network Kyle Mosley discuss who will in the NFC South.
