The 2024 Cognizant Classic has put up a $9 million purse, with $1.62 million to the winner. It's not a PGA Tour signature event, but it drew a solid field to start the Florida Swing.

Austin Eckroat is taking home the big prize, becoming yet another first-time winner in a PGA Tour season that has been full of them so far in 2024. It took an extra day due to Sunday rains that pushed the finish to Monday, but the 25-year-old Oklahoma State product left no doubt in a three-shot win.
