The Seated Glute Stretch is a gentle, back-of-the-hip stretch for those new to golf fitness. This is a great way to improve flexibility in the back of the hip to increase your swing’s range of motion. As you practice this exercise, be sure to maintain good, upright posture and avoid twisting your spine to focus the stretch in your hip.
