Other LIV players who are attempting to play their way into the field include Brendan Steele, Carlos Ortiz, Sebastian Munoz and Marc Leishman. Sergio Garcia already earned a spot via a final qualifier in Dallas.
Block, who tied for 15th at the PGA Championship to earn a spot in next year’s PGA, will play in the Canada qualifier which precedes next week’s Canadian Open, where he received a sponsor exemption.

Cameron Kuchar, 15, the son of PGA Tour winner Matt Kuchar – who is in the U.S. Open field – will attempt to qualify at a venue in Boynton Beach, Florida. Matt Kuchar, a nine-time PGA Tour winner, will play in the U.S. Open for the 20th time.
