Major-championship season kicked off this week on the LPGA, where the top players in the world are in Houston for the newly relocated Chevron Championship. A record-breaking $5.1 million purse was up for grabs.

This year the event left its longtime venue, California’s Mission Hills Country Club, for suburban Houston, which allowed Chevron to come in as the new title sponsor and boost the purse.

Lilia Vu won in a playoff over Angel Yin, taking home $765,000.
