This week the PGA Tour swung through Vidanta Vallarta, in Vallarta, Mexico. Jon Rahm headlined the Mexico Open field, where the winner earned $1.386 million from a total purse of $7.7 million, a $400,000 bump from 2022.

Rahm, No. 1 in both the Official World Golf Rankings and the Sports Illustrated World Golf Rankings, entered as the man to beat, but second betting option Tony Finau prevailed, winning by three shots for his sixth PGA Tour title.
