It's Week 2 of the PGA Tour's Hawaiian swing, which meant time for Honolulu and the Sony Open at Waialae Country Club. This year's edition was not one of the PGA Tour's signature events, but still offered an $8.3 million purse while attracting a strong field.

The prize pool got a $400,000 bump from last year and continues golf's trend of elevated purses.

Grayson Murray is taking home the $1.494 million first-place check, winning for the second time on the PGA Tour. He defeated Keegan Bradley and Byeong Hun An on the first playoff hole.
