Though Rome might currently be the center of the golf world with game’s best squaring off at the Ryder Cup, the ever-revered Pebble Beach played host to an electric moment this weekend.

At the center of the attention: NBA legend Dwyane Wade.

The basketball Hall of Famer made his first hole-in-one ever on Friday and did so in spectacular fashion at the iconic seventh hole at Pebble Beach. Wade held his follow-through for a while after his swing at the misty par-3 before watching the ball roll into the hole for an ace.

The only thing better than the hole-in-on was Wade’s celebration. The 6’4” former shooting guard galloped up a nearby hill before running back down to bask in the moment with the rest of his group.

“My first hole-in-one baby. At Pebble Beach,” Wade yelled with a smile. “I’ve been waiting on this hole for three years! That’s what I’m talking about.”

Wade followed up the incredible moment with a social media post, that caught the attention of athletes and celebrities alike including LeBron James, Usher, Matt Barnes, Cedric the Entertainer and more.

“From the NBA hall of fame to the Pebble Beach Hall of Fame 🏌🏾‍♂️ I might as well get golf tattooed on my body, I’m locked in for life!” Wade wrote. “HOLE-IN-ONE!”
