Withdrew: As first alternate from this week’s Rocket Mortgage Classic, Chad Campbell after he tested positive for COVID-19. Campbell, 46, a four-time winner on the PGA Tour, is the Tour's sixth player to test positive for coronavirus. He tested positive as part of the pre-tournament screening process. Campbell will enter self-isolation for at least 10 days, per the Tour’s health and safety guidelines issued before the season restart four weeks ago. "While the positive test result is unnerving, I am incredibly grateful to be asymptomatic and feel physically well, and my thoughts are with anyone dealing with COVID, directly or indirectly," Campbell said in a statement. The other PGA Tour players who have tested positive in the past two weeks: Nick Watney, Cameron Champ, Denny McCarthy, Dylan Frittelli and Harris English. The PGA Tour also disclosed that three players – Jonathan Hodge, Taylor Montgomery and Brandon Wu – tested positive ahead of the Korn Ferry Tour’ s TPC Colorado Championship, which began Wednesday. They were the first players on the developmental tour to test positive as part of the onsite screening process.
