Another member of the immensely talented Korda family line will officially be entering the world this February.

On Friday, six-time LPGA Tour winner Jessica Korda shared that she is expecting her first child with her husband, Johnny DelPrete, who was also a former professional golfer.

Korda and DelPrete got married in 2021, and the couple’s pregnancy announcement on Instagram couldn’t have been more fitting.

“Tee time for 3, coming February 2024,” read a sign featured in Korda’s social media post.

A blue pair of miniature FootJoy golf shoes and Korda and DelPrete’s dog accompanied the sign as well.

Although Korda has yet to share further details about her pregnancy, her younger sister, Nelly Korda—who is currently ranked No. 2 in the world—commented on the exciting news from the LPGA’s CPKC Women’s Canadian Open.

“It's been exciting to kind of be in her corner through all this. I’m very excited for her and this next step,” the younger Korda said. “Obviously she misses it out here, but it’s definitely been an exciting time for her and our family.”

Back in May, Jessica Korda stepped away from professional golf to heal a lingering back injury. Her last win on the LPGA Tour came in January 2021 at the Diamond Resorts Tournament of Champions.
