In this episode, Ginger Brown-Lemm, a former All-American and college golf coach, describes what today's college recruiters are really looking for to fill out their rosters. Lemm's vast experience both as an amateur and professional golfer has helped her students prepare to make the jump to the collegiate stage and beyond.

Golf has been a major component in Brown-Lemm's life. She now resides in The Woodlands, Texas, with her husband, and she is the founder and owner of Collegiate Golf Connections. She educates and mentors juniors (and parents) in the recruiting process with a eye toward college golf. She also works with the prestigious Summit Golf School, where she teaches and coaches golfers of all ages.
