Golfers' guide to side-saddle putting: An introduction to this unique (and legal!) putting stroke

In the first episode of a new video series on MR.TV, you'll learn about the benefits of side-saddle putting, and how to line up and stroke putts with this style.

This is the first episode in a new video series that will introduce you to side-saddle putting. If you've never tried it, perhaps it will unlock a whole new way to make more putts. (Yes, side-saddle putting is legal and within the Rules of Golf.)

Here's the backstory on Bomar Putting Co., which is featured in this series: In September 2019, the father-daughter team of Billy and Brittany Bomar decided to take their successful and unique putting style – what golfers know as side-saddle or "face-on" – and turn it into a business. Bomar Putting Co. of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, combines an extensive knowledge of the side-saddle stroke with a belief that facing the target with "binocular vision" is the best way to putt. The Bomars also sell custom-engineered putters made specifically for the side-saddle stroke.

Think side-saddle putting seems a little crazy? Don't knock it until you try it! (And if you aren't happy with your current putting performance, why not try it?)

In this new video series on MR.TV, you'll learn about the benefits of side-saddle putting, and how to line up and stroke putts while using this unique putting style.
