Louis Oosthuizen continues to lead the 149th British Open at the halfway point with rounds of 64-65, good for an 11-under total of 129 and a new British Open 36-hole scoring record. Oosthuizen leads by two strokes over Collin Morikawa, who shot a 6-under 64 on Friday to sit at 9-under 131. Jordan Spieth, the 2017 Open champion at Royal Birkdale, is third at 8 under after a 3-under 67 on Friday.
