Watch: DJ is Leaving, Major Golf and a Major Letdown

Dustin Johnson is leading the charge to LIV Golf as the biggest name in the London opener, meanwhile the LPGA has major golf on the schedule and one standout senior's season ends in bitter disappointment

Dustin Johnson is the first marquee name to make the jump to LIV Golf as he headlines the field for the inaugural event next week in London. Whether others will follow suit remains to be seen but per the PGA Tour, DJ and others are "subject to disciplinary action."

In North Carolina the U.S. Women's Open is underway with no shortage of storylines including a teenage phenom and a former teen phenom who is stepping away from the game.

Over in Arizona, a week that had so much promise ended in disappointment for standout Oklahoma Senior, Chris Gotterup. The NCAA Player of the Year and his Sooners bowed out in the quarterfinals, only to see their Red River rivals hoist the trophy the very next day.

That and Rory McIlroy's thoughts on the first LIV Golf field are all packed into this week's edition.
