Cameron Smith appears set to remain in the headlines for the foreseeable future but that may have less to do with his victory at St. Andrews and more to do with his comments afterward. The Australian did little to put to rest the speculation that he will soon join LIV Golf as reports have suggested a deal worth up to $90 million for the Champion Golfer of the Year.

One player who will certainly not be joining Smith, should he indeed make the move, is Rory McIlroy, who went 0-for-4 once again in the majors this season.
