Side-saddle putting is a legal stroke and could help you unlock a new way to drain more putts. Here's how to do it.

Chase Bomar, son of Billy Bomar, the founder of Bomar Putting Co., recently turned pro and has putted side-saddle his entire life. He checks in with some of the basics to this unconventional -- yet acheivable -- putting stroke. From stance, setup and alignment, get those right, and you're on your way to draining more putts with this technique.

BRITTANY BOMAR

Brittany played junior golf in Alaska and qualified for four USGA Pub Links Championships as an Amateur. She went on to play collegiately for the University of Northern Iowa and the University of Hawaii-Manoa. Brittany turned professional at the age of 23. She competed on four Tours around the world including the Canadian Women’s Tour, Ladies European Access Tour and the Nordea Tour, and she spent the majority of her playing career on The Australian Ladies Professional Golf Tour.
