We've all been there: it's the opening tee shot and your nerves have you shaking. Here's how to calm down and hit a solid shot.

In a new episode of Marisa's Minute, golf pro Marisa Messana knows we've all been there: it's the first tee shot of a round, and your nerves have you shaking. She suggests the 5-5-5 breathing method: inhale for five seconds, exhale for five seconds, and do it five times.
