This week, pro golf instructor Joe Hallett joins host Alexis Belton to break down the KPMG Women's PGA Championship. How did Sei Young Kim win it? And what about her game allowed her to tame Aronimink? Hallett says it takes a mix of skill, will and fortitude to prevail at Aronimink. (Hot putting doesn't hurt, either.)

Hallett works as a swing coach for Belton, and they talk about what it takes to become a star on a major professional tour. Hallett says there's a level of patience and intelligence that all great players share. They also spend more time on a putting green than most people can comprehend.

Another thing that sets great players apart: distance. The best players and most consistent players are able to hit it farther off the tee, which gives them shorter clubs into the greens. How you play from 150 yards and in often can make the difference.

And finally, they talk about the disparities in prize money between the men's and women's PGA Championships. Hallett says that progress is being made in closing the pay gap, which is a positive sign.
