1. Bryant (7-0) beat Cabot 24-10

It was a fight from beginning to finish as expected but a Hornet interception followed by a quick touchdown essentially put the game away with two minutes remaining.

2. Cabot (6-2) lost to Cabot 24-10

Cabot scored first and played the Hornets as tough as anyone has this year but a late interception down 17-10 crushed any hopes of escaping with an upset.

3. Conway (7-1) beat Little Rock Central 49-0

The Wampus Cats earned their third shutout of the season as they were hardly challenged by the Tigers.

4. Pulaski Academy (8-0) beat Greenbrier 50-14

Pulaski Academy’s offense has scored at least 50 points in the past four games, and the Bruins are clicking on all cylinders as they now look forward to a monumental game at Greenwood next week.

5. Greenwood (7-1) beat Russellville 42-21

Russellville has been a tough out this season after winning four-straight and gave the Bulldogs all they wanted, but Greenwood was able to get rolling in what some called a ‘trap’ game.

6. Bentonville (7-1) beat Rogers 44-16

After squeezing past Fayetteville last week, the Tigers continue to make a statement in the 7A-West and are now 1.5 games ahead over crosstown rival Bentonville West as that game looms in Week 10.

7. Catholic (8-0) beat Jacksonville 42-6

As expected, Catholic takes care of winless Jacksonville and earns its best start in school history.

8. Bentonville West (6-2) beat Rogers Heritage 63-21

For the most part, the Wolverines’ offense has been solid all season, but they really came alive Friday night to score the most points they have to this point and hang on to the second spot in the 7A-West.

9. Rogers (6-2) lost to Bentonville 44-16

The Mounties dropped their second game in the past three weeks as Bentonville was just too much after taking control in the first quarter and not looking back.

10. Fayetteville (5-3) beat Springdale 35-6

After a heartbreaking loss to archrival Bentonville last week, the Purple Dogs rebounded at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium and are tied for third in the 7A-West standings.

11. Joe T. Robinson (7-1) beat Mills 29-28

In one of two majorly hyped central Arkansas games, this one came down to the final play as the Senators’ defense held strong on a two-point conversion attempt to win on the road handing Mills its first loss.

12. Lake Hamilton (7-1)

The Wolves were on a bye.

13. Parkview (6-2) beat Magnolia 42-28

After losing two in a row back in September, the Patriots are rolling on a four-game win streak after handing Magnolia its third-straight loss.

14. Arkadelphia (7-0) beat Ashdown 41-12

The Badgers were challenged about as hard as they have been since Week 1 but were able to pull away in the third quarter to give Ashdown its third loss in a row.

15. Little Rock Christian (6-2) beat Van Buren 47-14

Van Buren briefly held a lead, but it was short-lived as Little Rock Christian’s offense came alive and the defense held tough. The Warriors are now on a three-game win streak.

16. Camden Fairview (7-1) beat Hope 49-0

Following back-to-back 49-0 victories over De Queen and Hope, respectively, the Cardinals hit the road to face No. 24 Hot Springs in the first of a crucial two-game stretch with big implications on the 5A-South standings.

17. Benton (6-2) beat Searcy 62-28

Head coach Brad Harris earned his 100th career victory as the Panthers have now won five in a row heading into a very important game against West Memphis at home next week.

18. Shiloh Christian (7-1) beat Farmington 51-30

In a massive contest within the 5A-West, the Saints made a major statement at home and continue to dominate as they have scored no less than 51 points in league play.

19. Mills (7-1) lost to Robinson 29-28

The Comets have made some loud noise this season and despite the loss have plenty to be proud of, and look forward to, as they took No. 11 Robinson to the final play.

20. Farmington (5-3) lost to Shiloh Christian 51-30

The Cardinals put up a big fight and led the game at one point, but the Saints were too much in the fourth quarter.

21. Nettleton (7-1) beat Forrest City 34-20

Nettleton is on a mission to take the 5A-East for the second straight season, currently tied for third place but have two crucial games left against Valley View and Wynne that can help them reach that goal.

22. Harding Academy (7-0) beat Riverview 44-6

The Wildcats did not skip a beat coming off a bye week and had the game in control the entire night.

23. Valley View (7-1) beat Southside Batesville 21-14

After falling to still-undefeated Harding Academy in Week 0, the Blazers have refused to lose and are sitting pretty at the top of the 5A-East after slipping past Southside.

24. Hot Springs (6-2) beat Arkansas High 55-15

One of the biggest stories of 2022, the Trojans continue their hot streak and look forward to hosting a huge showdown with No. 16 Camden Fairview next week.

25. Wynne (6-2) beat Paragould 35-7

Playing this game for their suspended head coach, the Yellowjackets throttled Paragould to stay in the hunt in an exciting 5A-East race.
