Blake has been a sports writer since 2012 when he graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with his journalism degree. He has covered University of Oklahoma football, men's and women's basketball and a variety of prep sports across Oklahoma for more than a decade. His work has been published in the Daily Oklahoman, The Tulsa World, The Norman Transcript and the Lawton Constitution. Blake was also a featured guest on radio programs and podcasts dedicated to high school sports. Blake currently resides in Mesa, Arizona and joined High School On SI in 2025.
