West Valley High School guard Logan Kinloch nailed a game-winning 3-pointer with 5.4 seconds to lift the Rams to a 57-53 victory over Moses Lake on Friday, Feb. 2, 2019. Kinloch, a sophomore, finished with eight points. Malachy Caffrey led West Valley with 25 points.
