5. Sierra Canyon (2-0): The Trailblazers' defense stumped Oaks Christian's offense in a 30-14 win; vs. Green Valley (NV); No. 6 ↑

6. Mission Viejo (2-0): Diablos beat Citrus Valley 38-14; at Long Beach Poly; No. 7 ↑

7. Long Beach Poly (1-1): The Jackrabbits were humbled in Beaverton, Ore. falling to Bishop Gorman (NV) 60-15; vs. Mission Viejo; No. 4 ↓

8. Los Alamitos (2-0): Star running back Anthony League sprained his ankle in a 25-6 win over La Serna; vs. Timpview (UT); No. 9 ↑

9. Rancho Cucamonga (2-0): Trey Wilson ran for 126 yards and two TDs in a 34-31 comeback win over Servite; vs. Norco, Thursday; No. 10 ↑

10. JSerra (1-1): The Lions bounced back to .500 with an easy 45-13 win over Aquinas; vs. Chaminade; No. 11 ↑

11. Serra Gardena (1-1): The Cavs bounced back from a lopsided Week 0 loss with a 27-0 win over Warren; at Cathedral; No. 13 ↑

12. Santa Margarita (1-1): Sophomore Trent Mosley did all he could in a loss to Corona Centennial, tallying 39 yards on five carries for two TDs, and 6 yards on three receptions; at Bakersfield Liberty; No. 12 —

13. San Clemente (2-0): The Tritons defeated Torrey Pines 34-0; vs. La Costa Canyon; No. 15 ↑

16. Oxnard Pacifica (2-0): Pacifica has bragging rights in Ventura County for a year after taking down St. Bonaventure 24-13. QB Dominic Duran threw for 218 yards and ran for 48 yards to combine for three TDs (two rushing); at Santa Barbara; No. 23 ↑

17. Etiwanda (2-0): The Eagles stay unbeaten after beating Ayala 28-20; vs. St. Pius, Thursday; No. 17 —

18. Murrieta Valley (1-1): The Nighthawks' only loss is to a very good Rancho Cucamonga team (29-27). Bear Bachmeier threw for 334 yards and Asa Chatman ran for three TDs in a 35-14 win over Great Oak; BYE; No. 19 ↑

19. Valencia (2-0): The Vikings beat Santa Barbara 45-18 and look to be the early favorite to win the Foothill League. Senior QB Jackson Askins is stepping into the role nicely; vs. Murrieta Mesa, Thursday; No. 22 ↑
