Look: Holy Bowl 2023 — Color, pageantry, haircuts reign in Jesuit rout of Christian Brothers

More than 15,000 fans show up every season for the battle between Sacramento area rivals and Saturday does not disappoint

The student body and stands are largely filled every year at Hughes Stadium, on the campus of Sacramento City College.

Saturday's 52nd Holy Bowl meeting between Jesuit of Carmichael and Christian Brothers of Sacramento was much like the previous 51, featuring loads of off-the-field color, pageantry and even impromptu halftime haircuts.

See the video above for some of the fun. Jesuit (1-1) was out to a 27-0 halftime lead over the Falcons (2-1).
