CIF North Coast Section football schedule: Week 7 (10/5/23 - 10/7/23)

Take a look at the full CIF North Coast Section football schedule for Week 7 (October 5 - October 7, 2023)

The 2023 CIF California high school football season continues this week with a packed slate of CIF North Coast games getting underway Thursday (October 5) and running through Saturday (October 7).

There are a lot of good games on the schedule this week, including two matchups between a couple pairs of Top 20 teams from the CIF North Coast football rankings.

The No. 1 Serra Padres remain undefeated but will face yet another test in Week 7 as they prepare to take on the No. 20 Archbishop Mitty Monarchs at Foothill College in San Jose on Friday night.

The Monarchs lost both games against the Padres a year ago, and Friday could be their chance to get a little revenge by throwing a midseason wrench into Serra's chances at a perfect season.

The other Top 20 matchup on the slate has the No. 3 San Ramon Valley Wolves pitted against the No. 17 Clayton Valley Charter Ugly Eagles in Concord.

The Ugly Eagles dominated the Wolves 42-28 when the two met last year, but San Ramon looks to be the stronger team this season and could use last year's loss as motivation to send Clayton Valley a message on Friday.
