David Dunn, Lincoln (San Diego): Last week's 49-0 demolition of University City cemented an undefeated regular season for the reigning San Diego Section and CIF State 1-AA champions. Not only did the Hornets finish 10-0, but they accomplished the extra rare feat of doing it in 10 weeks of play and saving their bye week.

Chris Reinert, Servite: Servite upset Santa Margarita 50-42 to earn its first-year head coach his first Trinity League win, and its first league win since 2021. Leo Hannan dominated, completing 21 of 28 passes for four touchdowns and 343 yards in the victory that snapped Servite's 10-game slide in conference play.

Doug Longero, Las Lomas: In a 45-42 thriller, Las Lomas broke a 10-game losing streak to rival and reigning Diablo Foothill League champion Campolindo that dated back to 2010. The 8-0 Knights have the opportunity to clinch a league title next week against one of their other main rivals, Acalanes, which is also 4-0 in league play.

Peter Lofthouse, Newport Harbor: For the first time since since 2012, the Sailors won their Battle of the Bay rivalry game against Corona del Mar with a 21-20 victory. Cade Fegel recorded 10 tackles and eight catches for 60 yards and two touchdowns, including the game-winner.

Troy Cassidy, Kennedy (Granada Hills): Kennedy won its first league title in multiple decades in style, rolling to a 55-20 win over Panorama. Diego Montes completed 11 of 12 passes for 230 yards and two touchdowns, and ran for 82 yards and three more TDs.

Kellan Cobbs, Granite Hills (El Cajon): For the second year in a row, Granite Hills outdueled Helix in multiple overtimes to win a Grossmont Hills League title. After winning 46-44 in quadruple overtime last year, the Eagles won 44-43 in double overtime as Pablo Jackson and Max Turner both ran for two touchdowns and more than 100 yards. The win moved Granite Hills to 9-0.

Mark Cory, Clear Lake: After defeating Willits 26-10 last week, Clear Lake unofficially clinched a league title and became one of the only 8-0 teams in the North Coast Section. The Cardinals held Willits scoreless after a 14-10 first quarter.

Mikey Badaluco, Colusa: By holding off an upset bid from Live Oak (Live Oak) in a 27-21 victory, Colusa has its second eight-win regular season in a row, and zero losses. With two games left, the RedHawks have a strong chance to win nine (or more) games in a regular season for the first time in at least 20 years.

Brian Hildebrand, Rancho Cucamonga: The Cougars prevailed over Damien 36-35 and moved to 9-0 in a battle of unbeatens. The win marked their first nine-win regular season in Hildebrand's three years at the helm, with the program's previous one coming in 2017.

Mark Nolan, Trabuco Hills: The Mustangs upset previously-unbeaten San Juan Hills 24-17 for their first Sea View League title since 2009. Their last win against the Stallions before that came in 2011, long before Nolan was hired in 2018.

Jordan Brusig, Aquinas: With a convincing 50-30 win over Ontario Christian, Aquinas unofficially clinched an Ironwood League title and kept alive its league winning streak dating back to 2016. Cal-committed running back Jojo Solis accounted for 247 yards of offense, three touchdowns, and a two-point conversion.

AJ Gracia, Ayala: The Bulldogs thrashed reigning conference champion Charter Oak 45-10 to claim a Mountain West League, led by three touchdowns, 171 yards of offense, eight tackles, and three pass break-ups from Marquis Monroe. The win avenged what was only Ayala's second league loss since 2018, and marks five league titles in eight seasons under Gracia.

Kevin Glaspy, Covina: With a 41-7 rout of Rowland, Covina finished 8-2 in Glaspy's debut season as its head coach. That ties this team with Covina's 2017 squad for the program's winningest regular season since 2011.

Monty Gilbreath, Gardena: Gardena shocked previously-unbeaten Carson 27-7 to jet up to first place in the Marine League. The Panthers will clinch a league title for the first time in their players' lifetimes if they defeat Narbonne in Week 10.
