St. John Bosco Signing Day: Notre Dame's Kyngstonn Viliamu-Asa highlights 12 signees

St. John Bosco had players sign to USC, UCLA, Notre Dame and Alabama

No matter what kind of season a high school football program had, sometimes Signing Day can rectify any shortcomings.

St. John Bosco had 12 early national Signing Day participants on Wednesday morning in front of a room full of smiling parents, coaches, teachers, teammates and family.

The list is impressive, including signees headed to outstanding college programs like Notre Dame, USC, UCLA and Alabama.

  • Kyngstonn Viliamu-Asa, Notre Dame, LB
  • Cameron Jones, UCLA, RB
  • Chauncey Sylvester, Weber State, RB
  • Frankie Edwards III, Weber State, DB
  • Jordan Lockhart, Texas A&M, LB
  • Khmori House, Washington, LB
  • King Large, SMU, OL
  • Marcelles Williams, USC, DB
  • Peyton Woodyard, Alabama, DB
  • Tamal Johnson, Weber State, DB
  • Jason Mitchell, San Diego State, DB
  • Ashtin Kekahuna-Lopes, Utah, LB

Kyngstonn Viliamu-Asa, Peyton Woodyard, Marcelles Williams, Jordan Lockhart, Khmori House and Ashtin Kekahuna-Lopes will graduate high school after the fall semester and enroll to college early to participate in spring practice this coming 2024.

The Braves (11-2) won the Trinity League title with a 28-0 win over Mater Dei earlier in the season, but fell short in the CIF Southern Section Division 1 final at the LA Memorial Coliseum, 35-7.
