California (CIF) high school basketball playoffs 2024: Start, finish dates in every section

CIF Southern Section playoffs are a week away and all the rest are in two weeks with regional playoffs beginning Feb. 27

The California Interscholastic Federation section playoffs begin in February. 

The CIF State regionals Begin Feb. 27, regional finals are March 5 and state finals March 8-9 at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento. 

The following are start and end boys and girls basketball playoff dates for all 10 sections of the California Interscholastic Federation:

Boys basketball: 2/13-2/24

Girls basketball: 2/14-2/24

Central Coast (CCS)

Boys basketball: 2/16-2/24

Girls basketball: 2/16-2/24

LA City (LAS)

Boys basketball: 2/7-2/24

Girls basketball: 2/8-2/24

North Coast (NCS)

Boys basketball: 2/16-2/24
