The final, regular-season rankings for high school boys basketball in the CIF Southern Section

The CIF Southern Section announced its playoff pairings Sunday via the Bracket Breakdown reveal show presented by SBLive.

Wildcard games in some division will begin Tuesday. First-round games begin Wednesday, and the Open Division begins Friday.

Heading into the postseason, here are the regular-season final rankings for the 2023-24 season.

1. Harvard-Westlake (26-3)

The Wolverines win the Mission League tournament and earn the top seed in the Open Division playoffs.

2. Eastvale Roosevelt (27-2)

The Mustangs win the Big VIII tournament and earn the No. 2 seed in the Open Division playoffs.

3. Mater Dei (26-2)

The Monarchs win the Trinity League and earn the No. 3 seed in the Open Division playoffs.

4. Sierra Canyon (24-2)

The Trailblazers earn another Open Division berth; the No. 5 seed.

5. Notre Dame/Sherman Oaks (24-3)

The Knights finish fourth in the Mission League after falling to Sierra Canyon and Harvard-Westlake.

6. St. John Bosco (23-5)

The Braves finish second in the Trinity League and earn the No. 4 seed in the Open Division playoffs.

7. Corona Centennial (20-10)

The Huskies finish second in the Big VIII League and earn the No. 8 seed in the Open Division playoffs. Centennial has won three straight Open Division titles

8. St. Pius (22-5)

The Warriors earn the program's first Open Division playoff berth after going 10-0 in the Del Rey League. St. Pius is the No. 6 seed.

9. JSerra (24-4)

The Lions finish third in the Trinity League and get the No. 3 seed in the Open Division.

10. Windward (25-3)

The Wildcats, led by Gavin Hightower, Louis Bond, JJ Harris, go undefeated in the Gold Coast League to earn the No. 2 seed in the Division 1 playoffs

11. Crespi (24-7)

The Celts finished second in what many believe to be the toughest league in California, the Mission League. For that, they finish the year at No. 11 - the highest rank all season long.

12. La Mirada (21-7)

The Matadores have almost been forgotten since challenging themselves early in the year. They went undefeated in the Gateway League and will look to make a run in the Division 1 playoffs.

13. Los Alamitos (23-5)

Surf League champs will eye a deep Division 1 playoff run after earning a first-round bye.

14. Redondo Union (22-4)

The Sea Hawks go unscathed in the Bay League, including two wins over Mira Costa. SJ Madison, Devin Ringer and freshman Chris Sanders make Redondo Union dangerous.

15. Santa Margarita (17-10)

The Eagles might be the most dangerous team nobody is talking about in Division 1; four-place finisher in Trinity League.

16. Damien (24-4)

The 7-footer Nate Garcia will look to impose his will in the Division 1 playoffs after winning the Baseline League title.

17. Heritage Christian (20-8)

The Warriors are playing their best ball with Tae Simmons and Dillan Shaw leading the way. Freshman Josiah Nance is much improved in his first varsity campaign; undefeated Olympic League champs.

18. Pasadena (24-3)

Pasadena is the No. 1 seed in Division 2A after winning the Pacific League title.

19. Foothill (20-8)

Crestview League champions, and now onto the Division 1 playoffs.

20. Etiwanda (23-5)

The Eagles drop two of their last four games, which lands them in second place in the Baseline League.

21. Rancho Verde (24-4)

Finished the season with a late win over Rancho Chrisitan, 77-62; now on to the Division 1 playoffs.

22. Pacifica Christian/OC (18-10)

League champions of the San Joaquin League; EJ Spillman will lead the charge in Division 1.

23. Rolling Hills Prep (22-5)

Mateo Trujillo has been the catalyst for the Huskies fine season, including going undefeated in the Coastal League. Freshmen Nick Welch Jr. and Terell Hopkins are developing for coach Harvey Kitani.

24. Long Beach Poly (20-8)

Jovani Ruff and the Jackrabbits win the Moore League title and now set their eyes on a Division 2A CIF title.

25. St. Anthony (20-7)

Saints finish second-place finish in the Del Rey League
