We started with the Top 20 pitchers, then we took a closer look at the Top 20 catchers and Top 20 first basemen. Now, we turn our attention to the second basemen.

2. Justin Saphier, Jr., Ransom Everglades 

Saphier has an on-base percentage of .633 and has belted a team-high 12 doubles this season for the Raiders.

3. KJ Durand, Jr.Apopka

Durand has a team-best .642 on-base percentage and has driven in 18 runs in 16 games this season for the Blue Darters.

4. Cameron Harris, Sr., Marjory Stoneman

Harris, a Wingate signee, is batting .439 with 24 runs batted in this season.

5. Matt Rose, Sr., Calvary Christian - Clearwater

The South Florida signee has 21 runs batted in this season for the Warriors.

6. Kyle Gruessner, Sr., Eau Gallie

Gruessner leads the state among second basemen with 26 runs batted in.

7. Ethan Jones, So., University - Orange City

Jones, only a sophomore, has racked up 21 hits and 23 RBIs in 21 games this season.

8. Jackson Beach, So., Oak Hall

Beach has scored a team-high 29 runs this season for the Eagles.

9. Chris Rembert, So., Pensacola Catholic

Rembert has scored 29 runs and has an on-base percentage of .500 through 21 games this season.

10. Banks Byers, Sr., Mosley

Byers has recorded a .959 fielding percentage this season for the Dolphins, which leads the team.

11. Tyler Smith, So., McArthur

Smith has a .554 on-base percentage in 17 games played this season for the Mustangs.

12. Kevin Martinez, Jr., Island Coast

Martinez has a .525 batting average in 20 games played this season for the Gators.

13. Dylan Schultz, Sr., Countryside

Schultz leads all Florida second basemen with 23 stolen bases.

14. Aidan Hernandez, Sr., Cardinal Gibbons

Hernandez, a Polk State commit, has an OPS of .810 and has belted three home runs this season.

15. Gavin Hause, Sr., North Fort Myers

Hause has recorded a .558 on-base percentage in 19 games played this season.

16. Anthony Castillo, Sr., Berkeley Prep

Castillo has scored 17 runs this season for the Buccaneers.

17. Blake Garland, Jr., Choctawhatchee

Garland has a .507 on-base percentage in 18 games played for the Indians.

18. Noah Burnham, Fr., Key West

The freshman infielder has recorded a team-high 16 walks this season.

19. Brett Balais, So., Bradenton Christian

Balais has a team-high 20 stolen bases for the Panthers this season.

20. Dylan Wilds, Sr., Sarasota Riverview

Wilds has a .986 fielding percentage in 21 games played this season for the Rams
