Waden Charles, 4-star rated athlete, commits to Miami (FL) over Florida, FSU & Georgia

Palm Beach Central (Florida) four-star athlete made his commitment on Saturday evening to the Hurricanes

WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA- Coming off of the Miami Hurricanes upset win over ranked Texas A&M, the South Florida university is starting to look like they’re back. 

The Hurricanes’ big victory has caught the eye of many prospects throughout the state and on the heels of beating the Aggies, one has decided the 305 is where he wants to go. 

Palm Beach Central junior athlete Waden Charles announced Sunday evening that he was committing to Miami (FL) over Auburn, Florida, FSU, Georgia and a host of other schools chasing after his services. Charles is rated a 4-star athlete, according to 247Sports. 

Charles transferred to Palm Beach Central from Somerset Academy Canyons and had a huge 2022 season as a sophomore. Playing primarily at wide receiver, Charles hauled in 53 catches for 1,067 yards and eight touchdowns.
