Just a few days removed from being released from his LOI with the Texas Longhorns, 2024 defensive tackle D’antre Robinson has decided where he will be heading to.

On Friday afternoon, the 4-star rated defensive tackle announced he would be committing to the University of Florida. Robinson had a slew of other offers on the table, which included Alabama, Auburn, Florida State and Georgia.

The commitment looks to end Robinson’s recruitment as he initially had committed to Texas in the summer of 2023. Robinson signed his LOI on December 20, before then looking to get released and reopen his recruitment.

Last season for the Class 3M state semifinalist Fightin’ Tigers, Robinson tallied 79 tackles, nine going for a loss, 10 sacks and picked off a pass. As a junior for Jones, Robinson made 89 tackles, 18 for loss and nine sacks.
