FHSAA finalizes 2024-26 Florida high school football classifications, regions and districts /

GAINESVILLE, FLORIDA -- The Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) has announced its finalized high school football classifications, regions and districts for the 2024-25 and 2025-26 seasons.

The FHSAA announced in December it was scrapping the Metro-Suburban format used for the last two years in favor of eight traditional (1R and 1A through 7A) classifications. The finalized classifications, which were announced today, came after a review and appeals process.
