Kimberly Dumay, Miami Central: The Rockets have talented pass rushers in flag football as well. Dumay was the team’s dynamo on defense, tallying 59 flag pulls and 24 sacks.

Trinity Thomas, Choctawhatchee: When it came to pass rushers from the Panhandle, no one might’ve been better than Thomas. As a junior, she logged 55 flag pulls and 22 sacks.

Cameron Celce, Somerset Academy Canyons: Another junior that stood out in 2023 was Celce. The Somerset Academy rusher extraordinaire was a menace for opposing quarterbacks, with 55 flag pulls and 41 sacks.
