Congratulations to Eagle Rock High School running back Daniel Zamora for being voted Scorebook Live's Southern California football player of the week!

Zamora had 12 touches for 117 yards and three touchdowns in Eagle Rock's 51-14 win over Wilson.

Zamora received 41.3% of the vote, beating out San Pedro DB Richie Sanchez who finished with 33%. Marina DB Maguire Dobkins finished third with 18.6%.

Richie Sanchez, San Pedro DB: Sanchez, a junior, recorded his third career pick six, returning an interception 58 yards for a TD in San Pedro's 48-6 win over Gardena.

Maguire Dobkins, Marina DB: Dobkins spearheaded a dominant defensive effort with an interception and four passes defended in Marina's 25-14 win over Segerstrom. The win helped Marina clinch at least a share of the Big 4 League title, their first league championship since 1986.

Ethan Garbers, Corona del MarQB: Garbers, a Washington commit, was 20-of-30 for 353 yards and four TDs -- plus two more TDs on the ground -- in Corona del Mar's 56-17 win over Newport Harbor.

Kyler Richer, Valley Center RB: Valley Center had their game against Escondido moved to Saturday because of a local fire, but that didn’t stop senior running back Riche. He ran for 239 yards and scored 2 touchdowns on only 17 carries.

Marco Siderman, Westlake QB: Siderman had a record-breaking Friday night, setting single-game school records for passing yards (509) and touchdown passes (7) in Westlake's 63-28 win over Newbury Park.

Kavika Tua, Oceanside RB: Tua, a junior, was the star of the night rushing for a season-high 254 yards and scoring three touchdowns in Oceanside's 28-7 win over Torrey Pines.

Chayden Peery, Sierra Canyon QB: Peery was 23-of-32 passing for 328 yards and a touchdown in Sierra Canyon's 13-7 upset of Grace Brethren.

Kyle Bandy, Servite RB: Bandy, a junior running back, rushed 17 times for 154 yards -- both season highs -- and a touchdown to lead Servite to a 27-0 win over Santa Margarita.

DJ Harris, Orange Glen WR: Harris, a senior, reeled in 7 catches for 239 yards in Orange Glen's win over Santa Fe Christian.

Zevi Eckhaus, Culver City QB: Eckhaus had 258 yards passing with an 81-percent completion percentage and 6 TD passes in Culver City’s 55-8 victory over Hawthorne.

Jordan Reed, Fairfax RB: Reed, a senior, scored five touchdowns in Fairfax's 40-13 win over University.

Damien Moore, Bishop Amat RB: Moore, a Cal commit, rushed for 165 yards and scored four touchdowns -- three rushing, once receiving -- to lead Bishop Amat to a 35-21 win over Notre Dame.

Jaden Casey, Calabasas QB: Casey was 19-of-31 passing for 331 yards and two touchdowns in Calabasas' 30-27 win over Oaks Christian. He also ran for two touchdowns.

DJ Young, Carlsbad DB: Young had 11 tackles and an interception as the Lancers beat La Costa Canyon to clinch the Avocado League Championship.

Benjamin Larsen, Montgomery safety: Larsen, a junior, had 7 tackles, a sack, and forced 3 fumbles in Montgomery's shutout victory over San Diego Southwest.
