OUTLOOK
Over the past three seasons, the Greyhounds have finished first or second in the GNL - and made it to the postseason.
They have their work cut out for them if they want to extend that streak.
A big reason for that success was graduated quarterback Konner Kinkade, the co-GNL player of the year in 2018. Coulter played in eight games last season as the backup, and is the favorite to replace Kinkade. But Cofer also likes the size (6-4, 185) of sophomore Riley Pettitt, who could also see playing time early on.
As long as the Greyhounds have Strong, the son of former Seattle Seahawks fullback Mack Strong, in the fold, they will have a chance. He has put on 20 pounds this offseason, and likely will again take snaps out of the backfield.
