OUTLOOK

When Robinson took over his alma mater a couple of years ago, he figured he'd whip the Rams back in shape and re-establish them as the best metro program in Tacoma.

That hasn't happened -- at least not yet.

Wilson did sneak into the postseason in Robinson's second season, and with all the young talent he has, the former quarterback thinks his team is ready to join the league's upper echelon.

Having Bogan as a future building block is certainly reason for optimism. He is a big, explosive athlete who started out as a defensive end in middle school, has worked his way into being a shutdown cornerback -- and he will be deployed in a variety of ways at wide receiver this season.

It will be up to Hanisch to not only get the young standout the football, but look for his own offense. He has shown off a big arm in the pocket, but the Rams want him to rush for at least 50 yards per game in 2019.
