OUTLOOK
The Chargers won their final three games of the 2018 season to reach .500, marking their best finish as a team in five years.
They landed seven players on the all-Wesco South teams, but five of those players have graduated.
Despite losing a chunk of all-league talent, they return 15 total starters, which will prove valuable through the first few weeks of install.
They have some talented skill position players on offense this season, and should be able to score points.
The question mark will be around the defense, which gave up the second-most points in the South division last season.
Coach Lura tells us that in 2019, “a reloaded Getchell team looks to improve on last year’s building block."
