OUTLOOK

It could not have gone worse for coach Yzaguirre, the longtime offensive coordinator who took over for Bryant Thomas last season.

By midseason, his best all-around player (Forward) was out with a season-ending leg injury, and so was his best defensive player (Justus Legg). And Auburn Riverside won just three games -- all coming after back-to-back winning seasons.

Now in the 4A NPSL’s second-tier division, the Ravens are healthy -- and boast unmatched riches at the running back position.

Forward (750 rushing yards, 11 touchdowns in six games) is the featured back, and has gotten plenty of FBS recruiting attention at tailback and strong safety. He is a one-cut-and-go marvel.

After that, Solis (600 yards) -- who did play the whole season -- comes in with power and speed. And then it is Tauiliili, who runs and catches passes. Yzaguirre said the offense will have special packages when all three are on the field at the same time.
