Every week during the 2020 football season, SBLive Arkansas will rank the top high school football teams in every classification.

Here are the 3A rankings as compiled by SBLive reporters Connor Morrissette and Lance Smith.

1. Harding Academy (4-1)

Harding Academy bounced back from its first loss of the season to cruise past Mountain View last week. Victory seems nearly assured this week against winless Riverview.

2. Prescott (5-0)

The Curley Wolves are back up to No. 2 upon completing a 5-0 start to the season. There's a chance they'll be tested this week as they face 4-1 Centerpoint.

3. Newport (6-0)

Now the only 6-0 team in the Natural State, Newport can make it 7-0 this week with a win over Mountain View.

4. Booneville (4-1)

After a perfect start to the season, the Bearcats dropped a game against winless Warren, 42-35. This week they have a chance to regroup against Mayflower.

5. Hoxie (5-0)

Another week, another win. Hoxie will be favored again this week against Corning after routing Palestine-Wheatley last week.
